You are looking at ARCHIVED leads. They are hidden from your normal list and left out of your statistics.
Numbers
Companies
The businesses that receive your leads. Nothing here deletes anything - pause and deactivate are reversible.
Every lead this company was offered, newest first. Real leads are counted; sample leads are shown with a SAMPLE tag and counted apart.
Same counting rule as the Numbers tab, so the two always agree. Real leads only; the time filter below does not change these.
Text-message opt-outs
If anyone asks to stop receiving texts - by text, email, phone or any other way - record their number here. It blocks every future text to them from this site.
Edit the words on your site
Opens the content editor on your live site. Type, press Save, and the site rebuilds itself - your change is live about two minutes later. No publishing step, nothing else to do.
Every save is checked while the site rebuilds. If a save cannot be built (for example a required box was left empty), the previous version of the site stays up - nothing goes down - and the line below turns red with the reason. Fix the box and save again.
The line below tells you whether your last save is live. It is read fresh every time you open this tab.
Are my edits live?
This checks, right now inside the live site, whether each file you can edit is actually being read. Green means your wording is in use. Red means the site is falling back to built-in wording and your edits are doing nothing.
Backups
Every night at 3:30 AM Arizona time an encrypted copy of the database and the whole code repository goes to your Google Drive (RankRentOS-backups). This card reads what the last runs reported. Green means you could restore from a copy taken in the last 36 hours. Red means you could not - read why.
Take a checkpoint now
Starts a full copy right now and files it under checkpoints/<date>-<name> in your Google Drive, where it is never pruned. Use it before anything risky (a launch, a provider change). It takes a few minutes; refresh this card to see it arrive.
Settings snapshot (Netlify, Telnyx, Stripe, DNS)
Every night at 3:00 AM Arizona time the site records the shape of your provider settings - which Netlify variables exist (names only, never values), what your Telnyx assistant, number, call app, messaging profile and 10DLC brand point at, your Stripe webhook endpoints and products, and the public DNS records of laveenacrepair.com. This card compares today with the most recent earlier day. Green: nothing changed and every provider could be read. Red: something changed or a provider could not be read - read what.
Voice credits (the phone line voice)
The phone line answers with an ElevenLabs voice that is paid per spoken character, with no overage: at zero credits ElevenLabs refuses and the line would go silent. So every hour the site reads the balance and, when it drops under the floor or ElevenLabs refuses, switches the line to the Telnyx backup voice on its own, then back after the credits reset. Green: main voice, credits fine. Red: low credits, could not read, or the line is on the backup voice - read why.
Puts the line on the Telnyx backup voice immediately so you can call 602-661-2211 and hear it. The line stays there until you press "Back to automatic" - the hourly check will not undo a switch you made.
Send a sample lead
Enter any email address and it receives the full experience: a realistic sample request, the claim race, and the reveal. Sample leads are clearly labeled and never count in any statistic.
Leave empty for email only. With a number, the same job alert also arrives as a text message - exactly what a signed-up company gets.
Practice chat - test the AI texter
Type like a homeowner texting the business number. Your message runs through the real system - the same keyword handling, lead creation, AI brain, and text sender a real message would use - except the final text goes to a practice line instead of a phone carrier. What you see is exactly what would have been texted back, with the real response time and real AI cost per message. Practice conversations are marked as tests and never mix with real numbers.
Timer preview: type /nudge to see the quiet-conversation follow-up, or /close to see the final closing message - the same texts the automatic timers send, without waiting the real minutes.
Text-message registration (practice mode)
US carriers require businesses to register before texting from a normal number. This card runs the whole registration machine against free practice objects: it creates a clearly-labeled practice brand and practice campaign that cost nothing, register nothing with carriers, and can never touch a real phone. Real registration is a separate later step that you approve with the real prices in front of you.
Real registration (spends real money)
This section registers your real company with the US carriers so the site can text from 602-661-2211. It runs in two steps you approve one at a time: first the brand (your company, $4.50 one time), then the campaign (what we text about, $15 one-time review plus a small monthly fee). Each step asks you to type a confirmation word next to the exact price. Nothing here can be triggered by the practice buttons.
Real registration on record
Step 1 - register the brand ($4.50 one time)
Already done - your company is registered and the $4.50 was charged. This form is closed so you cannot be charged twice.
Enter your company exactly as IRS records show it. The brand name is what carriers see - use your real company name, not the website name. These details go straight from this page to the carrier registry; they are stored in your own database for the record and nowhere else.
Step 2 - submit the campaign ($15 review, then monthly)
Available once the brand shows approved. Pick the use case (Low Volume Mixed is the honest fit today), check the price Telnyx charges right now, then type the word to submit. If the live price ever differs from what you saw, the submission refuses itself.
Billing across all companies
Every number here comes from a stored ledger line - nothing is estimated. Money moves only through Stripe; this page shows what happened and flags anything Stripe and the ledger disagree on.
Ledger vs Stripe (nightly reconciliation)
Every night the system compares its ledger with Stripe for this site. A green line means they agree to the cent. A red list means something to look at - each line says what it probably is and links to the Stripe page.
