Privacy policy

Version 1.1. Effective September 9, 2026. This policy belongs to Laveen AC Repair, which is operated by Kroywen Phoenix LLC, an Arizona company.

This page explains what this site collects, who it is shared with, and how to reach us about it.

What you give us

When you send a request or call, this site collects what you choose to provide: your name, contact details, the area you are in, and a description of the problem. That information is shared with participating local service companies so they can respond to your request, and is kept for a limited period as a record of the request. It is shared with them for that one purpose only, never for their marketing or anyone else's.

When you submit the form, this site also records the date and time, the internet address (IP) your request came from, and your browser type and version. This record exists to protect you and us: it documents that the request was real and that consent was given, and it is shared only if the law requires it. It is never shown to service companies.

This site does not sell personal information. It does not collect payment details, government identifiers, or health information.

Location

If you tap the button to share your location, your browser asks your permission first, and only then are approximate coordinates sent with your request so a technician can find the property. To turn those coordinates into a street address we send them, and nothing else, to OpenStreetMap. You can decline and type your address instead. We never read your location unless you tap that button and allow it. To find the ZIP code for a street address or cross streets you give us, we send that street information, and nothing else, to the US Census Bureau's public geocoder.

Measurement and analytics

We measure how this site is used so that we can improve it: which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, whether a request form was started and completed, and whether a visitor chose to call, send a text message, or use the form. This measurement records interactions, not identities.

What you type into the form is never sent to an analytics service. Your name, phone number, email address, street address, coordinates, and the description of your problem stay between this site, our own records, and the service company that responds to you.

Google Analytics records traffic and interaction events, not the contents of what you type into a form. We do not run advertising on this site and advertising signals are switched off.

You can block this measurement using your browser settings or a tracker blocking extension. Blocking it does not affect your ability to use the form, call, or send a text message.

Mobile numbers and text messages

Your mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, by sale or by any other transfer. Every category of sharing described anywhere on this page excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third party. We will not share your opt-in to text messages with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the service you asked for. We may share your phone number and, for texts, your opt-in status only with the vendors that help us deliver our messages, named in the next paragraph.

Here is exactly who sees your phone number, and why. When you send a request or call, you agree that the participating service company that responds may contact you about that request by phone and email, so that company receives your name, contact details, and request for that one purpose and nothing else. The companies that help us deliver our own messages, Telnyx for calls and texts and Resend for email, handle your number or address, and for texts your opt-in status, only to deliver and log those messages on our instructions. Nobody else sees it.

The text-message box on our form decides whether anyone may text you about your request. If you check it: Laveen AC Repair sends you texts about your own request only, such as a confirmation and a message when a technician takes the job, and the one service company that takes your request may also text you about it. Message frequency varies by request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop our texts, or HELP for help. If you leave the box unchecked, nobody texts you: Laveen AC Repair does not, and the service company that takes your request is told in writing "calls and email only, do not text this number" and is bound by its agreement with us to follow that. The only thing that company ever learns about the box is that yes or no, so it knows how it may contact you; the wording you saw and when you checked it stay with us. If you text us first, our reply to that text carries the same STOP and HELP instructions. If you call us, our phone line asks whether it is okay for Laveen AC Repair to text you at that number; only a yes allows texts, and the same STOP and HELP replies apply. Replying STOP ends texts from us at once; replying HELP returns a message that says who we are and how to reach us.

Giving a phone number is optional. You can send a request with only an email address, and agreeing to text messages is never a condition of getting help.

Companies that process data for us

We use a small number of established service providers to run this site. They process information on our behalf and under our instructions, and none of them may use it for their own marketing. Each one's own privacy policy is linked here.

Netlify hosts this website, delivers its pages, and runs the code that receives your request. Supabase stores the requests submitted through the form, by text, or by phone, and the consent records that go with them. Google Analytics measures site traffic and interaction events, never what you type.

Telnyx provides our phone number: it connects calls to our automated phone line, records and transcribes them so the technician receives what you said, and delivers and receives our text messages. Resend delivers the emails we send, such as a confirmation to you or a request alert to a participating service company.

OpenRouter, an AI service, may process the description you write, text, or say to produce a short summary for the local provider who will contact you, and powers the automated assistant that answers our phone line and our text messages. Your name and contact details are not sent to it, and it is instructed not to retain your text.

For participating service companies only: Stripe holds the payment card a company saves when it signs up. This site never sees or stores card numbers, and homeowners are never asked for payment details.

We do not run advertising and no advertising or social media tracking pixel is installed on this site. If that changes, this page will name the platform before the tracking begins.

Where we operate

This site serves homeowners in Arizona only. It is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, prices are shown only in United States dollars, and no service is offered outside our stated service area. We do not knowingly collect or monitor the personal data of people in those regions.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our contact page and tell us the phone number or email you used, so we can find the right record. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Once a request has been passed to a service company, that company holds its own copy and handles it under its own policy. Ask them directly about their records.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it, and any change to how mobile numbers or text messages are handled will be posted here before it takes effect.
