Laveen AC Repair is operated by Kroywen Phoenix LLC, an Arizona company. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Kroywen Phoenix LLC operating as Laveen AC Repair. These terms explain the website and homeowner request service, and the separate responsibilities of the independent service provider you choose to hire.

These are general website terms. Participating service companies have separate contractor terms. This page does not replace the privacy policy or the contact-consent choices presented when you request help.

What the service provides

This website offers information about air conditioning and a way to request help in the Laveen service area. We connect homeowners with participating independent service providers. We are not a licensed air conditioning contractor and do not perform inspections, diagnoses, repairs, installations or maintenance.

Using the homeowner request service is free. Sending a request does not require you to hire anyone or purchase anything. A provider may charge for a diagnostic visit, repair or other work that you separately authorize. Ask that provider about charges before agreeing to a visit or work.

Arizona-only service

Our homeowner request service is intended only for people in Arizona seeking service for properties within our stated Arizona service area. We do not intentionally offer, market or direct the request service to anyone outside Arizona, and we do not arrange service for properties outside Arizona.

The website may be accessible from other locations. That accessibility does not constitute an offer to provide services outside Arizona, expand our service area or guarantee service anywhere in Arizona.

A request is not a booking

A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment, accepted estimate or promise that a provider will respond. Provider participation, availability and willingness to accept a request can change. We do not guarantee a response time, same-day service, after-hours availability, a particular price or a particular outcome.

An automated confirmation acknowledges your request. It is not confirmation that a technician has agreed to come to your property. Confirm the provider’s identity, availability, arrival arrangements and charges directly with that provider.

You may decline a provider’s offer. Nothing on this website authorizes a provider to begin work or charge you without your separate agreement.

The provider’s responsibilities

The independent provider you hire is responsible for its licensing, insurance, estimates, scheduling, permits when required, diagnosis, workmanship, payment arrangements, warranties and customer service. Your agreement for that work is with the provider, not with Laveen AC Repair.

Ask the provider to explain the proposed work, the total price, what could change that price, and the warranty before you approve it. Direct questions about an existing job, its charges or its warranty to that provider. Contact us about problems with the website or request service itself.

No responsibility for an independent provider’s acts or omissions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for anything an independent air conditioning professional or service company does or fails to do. This includes advice, diagnoses, estimates, representations, charges, billing or collection practices, refunds, scheduling, delays, missed visits, work performed, defective or incomplete work, work not performed, permits, warranties, injury, property or equipment damage, and any other loss arising from that provider’s conduct or failure to act.

Connecting you with a provider does not make us a party to your service agreement or a guarantor of the provider’s qualifications, conduct, charges or work. We do not perform or supervise that work. Questions or claims about a provider’s services, charges or damage should be directed to that provider. This section does not waive any rights you may have against the provider.

Your information and contact choices

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share, including a contact method that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. Tell the provider about important corrections before a visit. Do not include payment-card information, government identification numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal details in a service request.

Our privacy policy explains how request information is handled and shared. The contact disclosures presented when you submit a form, call or text explain the communications associated with that request. These terms do not expand those permissions.

Providing a phone number or using this website is not, by itself, consent to receive text messages. The separate texting choice controls texts about a form request. A phone number is optional on the form; you can request contact using an email address instead.

When you opt in, message frequency varies with your request and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts from Laveen AC Repair or HELP for assistance. Our privacy policy explains the separate handling of a provider’s contact with you and the instructions given to a provider when you have not opted in to texting.

Automated intake can make mistakes

The request service uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to help collect and organize information. These systems can mishear, misunderstand or summarize something incorrectly. Confirm your contact details, service location, symptoms and any other important information with the provider who contacts you.

An automated response is not a professional diagnosis, safety assessment, repair estimate or appointment guarantee. Do not rely on it to decide whether equipment is safe to operate.

This is not an emergency service

The website, request form and automated phone or text assistant do not replace emergency services. For fire, a medical emergency or another immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service. Do not wait for a request confirmation or a technician’s response before seeking emergency help.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express, implied and statutory warranties concerning the website and request service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and noninfringement. Information or communications from the website or our automated systems do not create a warranty of accuracy, availability, professional competence or results.

These disclaimers do not change the express statements in these terms about homeowner request-service fees or contact choices, or the commitments in our privacy policy.

Exclusion and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kroywen Phoenix LLC, operating as Laveen AC Repair, and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website, its content or any part of the request service.

This exclusion includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary and punitive damages; property or equipment damage; bodily injury; loss of use, data, income or profits; additional repair, utility, substitute-service or temporary-accommodation costs; and losses caused by incorrect information, automated-system mistakes, failed or delayed communications, service interruptions, or a provider’s acts or omissions.

To the extent legally permitted, the exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, warranty, tort (including ordinary negligence) or statute, and even if we have been advised that the damage is possible. It specifically includes claims alleging ordinary negligence in operating the website or collecting, processing or transmitting a request.

This section is subject to the legal limits below. It does not make an independent provider immune from responsibility for its own conduct.

Legal limits and severability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, legal duties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited or waived. This includes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits its exclusion or limitation. Our privacy commitments and obligations imposed by applicable law remain in effect.

If a court finds a provision unenforceable, it applies only to the extent legally permitted or is severed if necessary. The remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. An unenforceable exclusion does not eliminate rights or remedies that the law preserves.

Appropriate use and outside websites

Use the request service for genuine inquiries. Do not impersonate another person, submit requests using someone else’s contact details without permission, send spam, try to access private records or interfere with the website or its security.

Links to manufacturers, utilities, public agencies and other organizations are provided as resources. Those organizations operate their own websites and services and have their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not a guarantee of their information, availability or work.

Arizona law and courts

These terms and disputes arising out of or relating to this website or the request service are governed by Arizona law and applicable federal law, without applying conflict-of-laws rules to displace Arizona law where that choice is legally permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any such dispute between you and us must be brought exclusively in a state court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. You and we submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for those disputes.

This provision does not override a nonwaivable right, a mandatory law or a legal requirement that a dispute be heard in another court. It governs disputes with us, not the separate agreement between you and an independent service provider.

Changes and questions

Changes to these terms will be identified by an updated date on this page. An update does not, by itself, change an agreement you made with a service provider or grant new permission to send text messages.
